Empower Pilates Classes
Live, in-person sessions twice per week. These 45-minute workouts combine Pilates and strength training to help you build stability, mobility, and nervous system regulation.

Build a sustainable 30-minute walking habit, five days a week. We'll help you stay consistent with gentle check-ins that make progress feel doable.

Weekly Group Check-In
Join us Mondays from 5:15–5:30 PM before class for a group reset. This 15-minute check-in grounds you in your goals, supports your nervous system, and sets the tone for your week.
